There where many incidence of plane crashes in Nigeria between the year 2005 and 2006.Many lives where lost and many families where bereaved loosing loved ones in the plane crash. the first plane crash took place in Lissa a remote village in the north of Lagos and over 117 lives where lost. These includes many Nigerians dignitaries who came to Lagos for business and where returning to the federal capital Abuja or those who were going to Abuja to transact business. this first plane crash occurred in October 23 2005, another on the 10 December 2005 and another 13 October 2006,and 29 October 2006 and many other.

These where just some of the dates of plane crashes in Nigeria where many innocent souls where lost. The most agonising of this plane crash was the one that involved some school children returning home for the Christmas break in December 2005 Over 107 Nigerians where in the plane and 75 school children brilliant Nigerians died.Some of the Mother of these children cannot have any more children.

This happened and blames where traded from the ministers to the airline, to the facilities at the airport. Committees were set up, finding where done and action were taken. the facilities will be improved upon through to the promise of the government money was released billions of money was released in Nigerian money($165 million) for the aviation industry.Nigerians became very happy thinking that the solution to the plane crashes has come.

I was then very surprised when recently the senate prob on aviation in my country came out with revelations that the money appropriated for this improvement have been stolen by some greedy Nigerians in power.The two past ministers where fingered in this theft ,they are the first minister Babalola Borishade and the second one Femi Fani-Kayode. This simply means that the expected improvement in the aviation sector in nigeria has not been done that these people are waiting for more Nigerians and foreigners to die in plane crashes again.

"Experts say many airports in the country are still without effective navigational, surveillance or communication equipment, while the emergency services lack proper search and rescue facilities, raising questions about where the money went."

Some people are saying that the implications of these ministers are just some political victimization, well it maybe so because anything can happen in my country. But what about the facts on the ground that there where no proof as to what has been done with the funds release. I am not bothered about what they do or not with those arrested because at the end of the day they go back home and we will hear nothing about the incident again. All i want to ask is this are this people not concern about those dead people including those future Nigerians who would have contributed something positive to the nation? Oh if they are not concern about them what about those childless parents still living? How do you think they will be feeling reading all these on the pages of newspaper and watching these accused people smiling to the camera whenever they are brought to the court.

"All i wanna say is that they don't really care about us". They kill the people, they kill the children and they are smiling to the camera.
